My quill has been quiet lately. I might have even heard crickets chirping on my blog at one point. But it’s not for lack of writing.
Last week, I had the privilege of writing on three very special sites.
At Raising Generations Today, I wrote about my first moments as a mom and how utterly helpless I felt in the midst of some unexpected circumstances that surrounded my daughter’s birth. It was one of those moments when the only thing left for a mother to do . . . is pray.

At Kindred Grace, I wrote about being an introverted mom parenting an extroverted daughter.
We’ve learned so much from each other! I also owe a huge thanks to Susan Cain and her insightful work in her book Quiet.

At HelloMornings, I wrote about a Bible challenge that changed me in several ways.
With the help of my kids, I found over 20 Bibles crammed in crazy places all over my house. Oh my. I was taking the Bible for granted and didn’t even know it.

I’m also staying the course with reading the New Testament in 99 days. If you’re looking for a group of women who read the same passage from the Bible each day and then gather online to discuss what they’re learning, you can click here to read more about Team 365.
What have you been writing lately?
