Kate’s an ‘empty nester’ who’s been married to Mike for 30 years. She’s the mother of recording artist Francesca Battistelli and Mimi to Franny’s two children,Eli and Audrey Jane. She’s a Jersey girl currently living in Atlanta writing about God, food, family and hospitality. Before becoming a Christian, Kate was an actress and singer in the New York Broadway musical theatre world. She toured for nearly three years in the Broadway National Tour of The King and I playing Anna opposite Yul Brynner as the King, and it’s where she and her husband ‘fell in love across the footlights’. She’s the author of Growing Great Kids: Partner with God to Cultivate His Purpose in Your Child’s Life, and she blogs about food and faith at her website. Wynter is the founder of For Girls Like You Magazine and the author of For Girls Like You: A Devotional for Tweens. The mother of four girls herself, Wynter’s mission is to empower and equip girls to walk boldly into becoming who God has created them to be and to provide parents with the resources and support needed to raise strong Christ followers.
In addition to publishing the quarterly magazine, Wynter is a frequent blogger, a contributor for LifeWay’s ParentLife Magazine, and a public speaker. She is also the niece of Dr. Tony Evans. Mei is an accountant by day and a Bible teacher by night. She loves to open God’s Word and lead women closer to the heart of Jesus. Mei shares her home with her hubby who likes to make her laugh and bring her hot tea every morning; a son who likes to march to the beat of his own drum; and an overly-excited, miniature French poodle, who likes to think he is Asian. When Mei feels overwhelmed by the abundance of testosterone in her home, she escapes by immersing herself in the Word of God and being alone with Jesus. Dawn Frazer is the mother of three boys and an ever-growing number of grandchildren. She and her husband Don have been married for 35 years. Syrone Harvey is the founder of Chosen Girls — a program that reaches out to young women who are in search of their true authentic identities. Known for her down-to-earth approach and humorous illustrations, Syrone enjoys speaking at retreats and conferences. As the former executive editor of Hope for Women Magazine, she has years of experience as a personal counselor, life skills instructor, and parent educator — offering hands-on experience in the field of outreach and social services. With her identical twin sister Simone, she has completed an adventure-filled children’s book titled Neecy and Nay Nay. And she is currently writing a book on self-esteem for young women. Donna is a national and international speaker who’s traveled from coast to coast and to four continents helping women find and follow God in their real, everyday lives. As a former women’s ministry director in Frisco, Texas, Anne has helped hundreds of women connect God to their everyday lives. As the creator of God Dots and author of the GodDots.com blog, Anne loves to share stories of how God moves in her life and the people she loves the most. She spends most of her time trying to help women find an invisible God in a world of visible chaos. She says, “I don’t know what God was thinking when he put me in charge of a women’s ministry but it’s the best roller coaster ride I have ever been on. I just apologize for all of the screaming.” She currently lives with her he’s-not-perfect-but-he’s-perfect-for-me husband of 21 years and three hilarious and gorgeous kiddos, Mckenzie, Megan and Max.
